we don't look for heaven

I'm in Louisiana visiting my family. Yesterday, I asked my cousin Sophie to model for me. She's fifteen and she gets smarter and more beautiful every time I see her, which is not often enough. We drove a ways down her road in a golf cart to take some of these, and others were shot outside her house at her pool. I hope you like them!

 

the end of summer

This summer was a busy one, and a good one. Soon enough I'll blog some of the photos I took and didn't put up. For now, though, some shots from the two weeks I spent visiting my family in the South + visiting home.
